There's nothin' like a beagle. Pleading brown eyes, floppy ears and melodious voices. (Or just howls, if you wanna know the truth.) Here's some shots from the Long Beach AKC Eukanuba National Championships, held in December 2007.

Such characters. This is the infamous "Uno." He won his group but didn't win "Best in Show" ... that is, not in December. He triumphed at the Westminster Dog Show just a few months later, being the first beagle ever to win the coveted award.
